DeAnn Carr, L.C.S.W., C.C.E.P. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional with thirty years’ experience in the behavioral health field. She currently serves as the Behavioral Health and Integration Director for an Oregon Coordinated Care Organization focusing on developing a strong continuum of care for CCO members. DeAnn has committed her career to transforming behavioral health systems in order to improve the experience and outcomes for both clients and practitioners.
