IIBHN Virtual Session Information

Thank you for your interest in the Idaho Integrated Behavioral Health Network for the 3rd Annual Conference! If you have registered for one (or many of) the IIBHN Virtual Conference sessions, please see below for some important information regarding the virtual sessions and CEUs & CMEs:

  • To attend the virtual sessions, each attendee must register in advance via Zoom following the initial Eventbrite registration. A link is distributed to participants upon registration then again 1 week and 1 day prior to each session (as a reminder with registration access link for each session). After registering using the Zoom link provided, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Zoom containing information about joining the session.

We do understand this is an extra step, but this helps ensure security for the virtual sessions by eliminating the opportunity for session interruption by hackers. If you encounter any issues, please reach out the IIBHN planning team.

  • Digital presentation and supplemental materials will be provided in advance of sessions when applicable. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for links to any digital materials along with Zoom registration reminders.
  • The IIBHN Virtual Conference schedule continues to be updated with session offerings between May 1st-August 31st, 2020. The information may be found on the Eventbrite event page and the official IIBHN Conference Webpage!

The full virtual schedule along with presenter and session information is available any time at:

https://www.c-who.org/iibhn-2020-conference-schedule/

Session recordings will be uploaded weekly and made available for viewing for IIBHN members.

  • Continuing education credits and continuing medical education evaluations will open after July 30th, 2020. Certificates for CEs & CMEs may be claimed and printed through the official Amedco joint accreditation service web portal once evaluations are completed by participants, beginning August 2020. All participants will receive a reminder and link to the evaluation page once access is available from the Amedco joint accreditation service.

All participants are encouraged to track the sessions they have registered and participate in throughout the conference.

We encourage all IIBHN Virtual Conference participants take a few moments to review the IIBHN Virtual Conference Learner Notification at the following link, as this contains information about CEUs & CMEs, certificates, and more:

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Ashley Anderson or Jen Y with the IIBHN Annual Conference Planning Team with questions or concerns.

We look forward to a Summer of hosting your continued education virtually throughout The Third Annual Idaho Integrated Behavioral Health Network Conference!
