I am Renee Charron, LMSW, CSWA, Behavioral Health Consultant at Valley Family Health Care’s – Treasure Valley Women’s Clinic. I am originally from Vermont. I attended Lyndon State College, Vermont, graduating in 2000 with my undergraduate in English/Journalism Summa Cum Laude. I later obtained my master’s degree in Social Work through Northwest Nazarene University in 2009, graduating Summa Cum Lauda. I have 20 years of experience in some form of Social Work; including 4 years of AmeriCorps in Vermont pre and post undergraduate, 2 years of the Peace Corps in South Africa pre-graduate, 10 years Oregon Child Welfare, Oregon Community Mental Health treatment and care, 4 years of in-home Hospice care, grief and bereavement, Idaho State policy writing, 3 years of Project Management, hospital medical care coordination, community organization in both Idaho and Oregon, and resource building within the rural areas. I hold a School Social Work certification in the State of Idaho and Idaho CANS Certification.
I hold true to valuing individuals in this world and use patient-centered care and treatment in clinical practice, interpersonal relationship, and professional relationships. I work to be the grace and beauty that I see in the world.
