Renée Bouvion is currently serving as the Acting Regional Director for Region 10 of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Intergovernmental and External Affairs. She is also the Regional Health Administrator in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health for Region 10. She provides strategic direction and oversight to the regional office covering the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington as well as 271 federally recognized tribes. As the senior federal public health official in the region, she establishes and maintains relationships with state and local health officials and tribal health organizations.
