Rachel Nenno

Rachel Nenno was born and raised in Pocatello, ID where she attended Idaho State University and completed her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Science Disorders. After graduating from ISU Rachel moved to Boise where she began working in administrative and managerial positions within a local behavioral health clinic. Shortly after achieving her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management in 2017 Rachel began working at Idaho’s Health and Welfare Division of Behavioral Health as the State Opioid Treatment Authority and the project director of federal grants such as including the State Opioid Response (I & II) grants.
