Dr. Kvamme is a PGY-3 resident in the University of Washington Boise Psychiatry Residency Program. He is a graduate of the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. After residency, Dr. Kvamme will work for the US Air Force as a member of the HPSP scholarship program. Outside work, David enjoys outdoor activities, music, and spending time with his wife and 8-month old daughter.
