This two-session presentation and workshop will review the implications, challenges and limitations from the Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care (IBH-PC) trial and how they inform the next phase of integration, research and practice. We will also explore the initial Practice Integration Profile (PIP) and the evolution to the latest version. The afternoon will be a workshop to develop a plan for measuring overall patient outcomes and wellness, including data workflows, collection and reporting.

Identify the limitations of the results
Discuss the framework of the next national trial
List the key elements to implement outcomes measurement, and data focused workflows
Summarize the changes from the Practice Integration Profile (PIP) versions 1 and 2.
