Proceeds benefit the construction of a Cambodia Mother’s Center (CMC).
2300 Cambodian women die every year of pregnancy & childbirth related
complications. The majority of deaths are preventable, and such a center
& clinic in Cambodia would save the lives of hundreds of mothers and
babies each year.

From the north: Take 405 South toward Renton. Take exit 5 for WA-900 E toward Sunset Blvd NE/Park Ave N. Turn left onto Sunset Blvd NE. Drive about 1/2 mile then turn left to the Viet Wah Asian Food Market (Tea Palace is right behind). Follow the Tea Palace Restaurant sign to the destination.

From the south: Take 405 North toward Everett/Bellevue. Take exit 5 toward Sunset Blvd NE. Turn right onto Sunset Blvd NE. Drive about 1/2 mile then turn left to the Viet Wah Asian Food Market (Tea Palace is right behind). Follow the Tea Palace Restaurant sign to the destination.
